Accepting New Clients

You’ve tried therapy before, but it’s just not working. You’re carrying so much emotional weight, but you don’t know where it’s coming from. No matter how much you talk it out, nothing seems to change. And something needs to change, because you can’t keep holding this much anymore. I use IFS therapy to offer a clearer, more compassionate path to healing the burdens you carry. Designed in collaboration with trauma survivors, IFS removes what can feel frustrating or triggering about other therapies, and instead provides a healing approach that molds gently to the uniqueness of your experiences and inner wisdom.

My training at the IFS Institute, along with my lived experience as a survivor, allows me to practice IFS with sensitivity to adults with childhood trauma. I’m also passionate about supporting clients who experience the trauma of identity-based oppression. For each personal journey, I bring humility, curiosity, and a warm sense of humor to our work together.

If you’re carrying childhood trauma, neglect, relationship struggles, loneliness, or overwhelm in any part of your life, you are not alone. I’m here to guide you through the IFS healing process to remove the burdens you carry, so you can live free now. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if this feels like the right fit for you.
