Angelique Guina

I am a 1.5-gen Filipino-American artist and therapist. My practice is rooted in compassionate and whole-person care, informed by an anti-oppressive framework that acknowledges the ways systems of power create and perpetuate harm, often leaving us disconnected from ourselves and our inner knowing. I prioritize building a container of safety and trust so that you feel empowered to show up fully, in all your parts—messy, sensitive, silly, all of it—without needing to justify who you are. I work with teens (16+) and adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, identity, and self-esteem. I have particular interest in supporting young adults, new parents, and folks of color.
