Would you like to feel more whole, more at ease with yourself, more alive in your life? I offer

psychotherapy for late teens and adults wanting to dive deep for real change - which is seen as greater awareness about what we think and feel, why we act as we do, and what is needed for change. I work with family-of-origin issues, complex trauma histories, depression, anxiety, questions of meaning, and more. Psychotherapy sessions are a place to be seen and heard - perhaps for the first time - and to incubate the emergence of who you truly are.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and Jungian traditions, somatic embodiment, and meditation. I support the work of self-actualization, and the terrain we'll travel through in sessions could include the past and present, thoughts and emotions, dreams and daydreams. You can engage through regular "talk therapy," or explore sand tray work, Somatic Experiencing, and more.

In psychotherapy we form a working alliance that is unlike any other relationship in your life. The right fit is important. I've done my own depth work and recognize that psychotherapy is often hard work - confronting pain, disappointments, and difficult emotions - but it is profound and joyous to be seen, heard, and encouraged. I'm accepting new clients and I'd be happy to speak with you. I generally can reply to emails or return calls within 24 hours.
