I'm Ashley (she/her), a liensed mental health counselor associate with a passion for supporting individuals 13+ on their journey towards great well-being and fulfillment. With a warm, humorous, and empathetic approach I aim to provide a safe space for clients to explore their life stories and struggles without judgment. My practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique challenges and experiences faced by women and LGBTQIA+-identifying individuals. I most often work with individuals who are grappling with issues related to coming out, large life transitions (identity, work, school), religious trauma or transition, self-esteem, or navigating relationships and family dynamics. While working with clients I aim to show up as my most authentic self to encourage clients to do the same.
