Therapy is the process of recovering our connection to the clarity, grace, and justice within ourselves and others.

I use existential integrative therapy, a pragmatic, person-centered approach, along with liberation psychology, skills education, and somatics with my clients. My clients are queer folks, people struggling with food and body, and individuals seeking healing from traumatic wounding. I am white, queer, fat, disabled, and spiritual. I am poly, kinky, and sex work friendly. I work from a HAES and fat liberation lens. Ages 13+.
