I’m a psychodynamic, relational, and somatic therapist working with adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, identity, and disconnection from self. My approach is collaborative and process-oriented, grounded in deep curiosity, attunement, and a strong somatic foundation.

Many of my clients have histories of emotional neglect, parentified roles, or spiritual and religious trauma. They come to therapy seeking clarity, self-trust, and a more integrated sense of themselves.

I draw from attachment theory and systems thinking, and I pay close attention to the different parts of you that show up in session.  I also bring over two decades of experience working with the body through massage and structural integration. Sessions may be reflective, embodied, or practical, always rooted in relationship and guided by what’s unfolding in real time.
