Isabelle “Izzy” Gahard

I’m Isabelle (Izzy), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. As a therapist, I show up as both compassionate and direct. I believe therapy works best when it’s a genuine, collaborative process. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share your story, explore what’s been holding you back, and start shaping new ways of seeing yourself and your life. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, honoring you as the expert on your experiences. Together, we explore stories and patterns shaped by greater systems, relationships, culture, and life events, and work to rewrite what no longer serves you.
