I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are - those moments when it feels like your thoughts are louder than your life, or you’re carrying expectations that weren’t yours to begin with. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, or the tension between who they feel they “should” be and who they actually are.
In our work together, I bring a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. I focus on creating a space where you feel truly seen and heard, helping you untangle patterns that hold you back, connect with your values, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of self that feels authentic.
