Julia’s ideal client seeks more than symptom relief—they long for deeper self-understanding and meaningful connection. They may be navigating identity, grief, life transitions, or relational struggles. Often part of the LGBTQIA+ community, men, youth, or womxn, they’re ready to explore their inner world with compassion. Through Parts Work, creative expression, and a relational lens, Julia supports clients in reclaiming their voice, building emotional resilience, and creating more authentic, connected lives. What these clients need most is a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore, not to be pathologized.
I offer a compassionate, strengths-based approach that includes Parts Work, Art and Play Therapy when appropriate, and a focus on relational healing. I support LGBTQIA+ clients, men, youth, and womxn through identity exploration, grief, and life transitions—helping them build emotional resilience, self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.
