I work with all kinds of people, but I especially welcome gender expansive identities, neurodivergent individuals, and those with trauma. My goal is to help you navigate hard times, and to assist you in your journey to a deeper understanding of yourself. No, you are not lazy or too emotional. Navigating our world can be overwhelming and overstimulating. All parts are welcome here. My work incorporates elements of parts work (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Feminist Therapy. I work with teens and adults facing challenges related to ADHD, Autism, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, sexuality, identity exploration, and relationship issues. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. I look forward to connecting with you.
