Maybe you’re a new parent running on fumes, overwhelmed by the mental load and wondering if you're doing any of it "right." Or you're a teen (or the parent of one) feeling tangled in anxiety, self-doubt, and racing thoughts. Maybe your relationship feels more like a series of misfires than a place of connection. You're tired of trying so hard. Tired of the guilt, the shame, the overthinking, the pressure to keep it all together. You just want to feel like yourself again—or maybe, for the first time. I'm a therapist who works with parents at all phases, anxious teens, and couples who feel stuck.

Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to say what they need, and worn down from years of people-pleasing, perfectionism, trauma or carrying everyone else’s emotions. In our work together, we’ll gently explore the parts of you that feel anxious, critical, or shut down—and begin to shift those patterns with care and understanding.

I blend IFS, CBT, and attachment-based approaches to help you understand yourself more deeply and build healthier relationships. It is hard to ask for help, especially when you’re the one everyone else leans on. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or heavy. It can feel like exhaling. Like finally having a space where you get to be supported. Lets connect!
