My approach to therapy is affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves relationships (both with others and with themselves!) where they feel seen, safe, and loved just as they are. Whether you're navigating sensory sensitivity in intimacy, masking in relationships, or cycles of conflict that leave you feeling misunderstood, I’m here to help you untangle those patterns and build something more secure and satisfying.

I specialize in EFT and sex therapy for neurodivergent individuals and couples, including those with ADHD, Autism, OCD, and BPD. I offer LGBTQ+ and kink/BDSM-affirming care that supports deep emotional connection, secure attachment, and empowered intimacy. My work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.

I work with neurodivergent and neurotypical clients alike, and I bring deep respect, curiosity, and care to every session. I offer sessions in person in University Place and via telehealth from the comfort of your own couch! I have availability for couples, individuals, and teens (15 years and up).
