Nathan Rice

As a licensed mental health counselor, I work predominantly with people seeking assistance in areas of identity, relationships, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression and life transition.

Together we will spend time looking at the issues that brought you into therapy and exploring the nature of your relationships with important people in your life. The goal is to facilitate changes that will allow you to experience some healing and relief from the conflicts and struggles you're facing.

I have over 25 years experience working with adolescents, young adults and families and am passionate about helping people on the journey to heal from past wounds that impact their present. I love spending time with family, enjoying music, playing guitar, board gamed and a good video game from time to time.
