You’re not broken. You’re overwhelmed — and it makes sense. Maybe you look capable on the outside, but inside you feel stuck — overwhelmed by a transition, carrying old wounds, or questioning who you are and where you’re headed. You’ve tried coping skills but you’re wanting something deeper. You want clarity.

My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you understand the different “parts” of you — the achiever, the overthinker, the protector, the part that shuts down — and how each developed for a reason. When you learn to relate to yourself with curiosity instead of criticism, things begin to shift. I take a whole-person approach. Your nervous system, physical health, culture, and life experiences all matter. My work is shaped by both clinical training and a deep personal commitment to understanding the mind–body connection.

Clients often describe feeling more compassionate toward themselves and more effective in their daily lives. If you’re ready to understand yourself more fully, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I offer telehealth throughout Washington State.
