Life can feel overwhelming at times, and therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and create meaningful change. I believe that true growth happens when insight turns into awareness- when we truly understand ourselves and our patterns, that's when the most profound changes occur.

In our work together, I strive to help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Whether it’s understanding the deeper beliefs that shape your actions, navigating complex family dynamics, or finding new ways to communicate in relationships. I truly believe that clear, open communication is at the heart of all healing and growth, especially when it comes to understanding and expressing your needs.


The most energizing moments in therapy for me are when we can interrupt old, unhelpful patterns and discover new paths forward. I love working together to analyze what’s keeping you stuck- whether it’s anxiety, life transitions, or stress - and collaboratively creating a plan to move through it.


I take a fluid, exploratory approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and adapting interventions based on your needs. I pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and attachment theory, because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. My role as your therapist is to guide you through this journey, helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and reach your goals at your pace.
