I work primarily with women and with couples who are asking difficult questions about their lives and relationships: Why do I keep ending up here? Why does this feel so hard? Why do I feel alone even when I’m not? Many of these questions arise in the context of relationships, career decisions, or the quiet pressure of trying to hold everything together for everyone else. My work focuses on the emotional patterns beneath these questions. In our sessions, we’ll slow down and explore the deeper feelings that shape how you move through the world - especially the ones that feel uncomfortable or hard to name. As a therapist, I hold silence and rage with equal reverence. I welcome grief and contradiction. I bring my full humanity into the room. I’m on your team, creating a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or carry your experiences alone.
