My clients come to therapy tired from years of trying to change who they are to fit a mold. They may struggle with depression and anxiety stemming from chronic body shame, dieting, disordered eating, chronic illness, and/or neurodiversity. They may have experienced fatphobia, medical gaslighting, and/or ableism.

The world has so many ideas about who we should be. Often, we internalize them without even noticing. The outcome is that we learn to turn down the volume on parts of us that we (or others) might see as 'too much' or 'not enough'. These parts of us deserve light too. I offer compassionate body-inclusive therapy from a Health at Every Size, liberation focused, framework. I work with patients to make peace with food and their bodies, chronic illnesses, and neurodivergences. If you are interested in therapy, but don't feel like you fit this criteria, reach out! We can figure out together if we are a good fit.
