I am currently enrolled in the IFS Institute and I expect to receive the Level One certification by 2026.

I work with clients who feel disconnected from themselves and often find it easier to avoid their thoughts and emotions than to sit with discomfort. This basically describes all of us, but most commonly for those with trauma. My approach integrates mindfulness, somatics, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I hold space for them to feel seen, heard, and accepted as we explore their experiences, build internal trust, and deepen their connection to self.
