I enjoy working with clients who are going through life transitions and relational issues including: divorce, domestic violence, family of origin issues, and estrangement which may lead to anxiety, depression, ocd, complex ptsd, chronic stress, etc... I use a combination of Sensorimotor psychotherapy, parts work, somatic work, and EFT. Using a trauma informed and attachment focus lens, our work will be co-created, anti-oppression centered, and working towards more self-connection and agency.
